Baked Walleye with Olives, Capers & Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients:
3 to 4 walleye fillets (about 1.5 pounds)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp capers, drained and gently smashed
6 large green olives, sliced
6 to 8 Kalamata olives, sliced
1/3 cup quartered artichoke hearts
salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 375℉ (convection 350℉).
Drizzle lemon juice on walleye fillets. Season with salt and pepper.
Place seasoned walleye in a greased baking dish and scatter the capers, sliced olives and artichoke hearts on top.
Baked for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
Yields: 3 to 4 servings
