Coconut-Sour Cherry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup sour cherries, pitted
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp honey
1 to 2 cups ice
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Yields: 4 servings
Notes&Tips:
In the first two weeks of July, our cherry tree is filled with beautiful ripe cherries. I love to use these cherries in beverages, baked goods and desserts.
Coconut milk adds another layer of taste to this refreshing Coconut-Sour Cherry-Banana Smoothie.
Because this smoothie uses Sour Cherry, you may want to add a bit more sweetener or use an additional half of a banana.
