Notes & Tips:
Salmon is one of my favorite fishes to cook and eat. I try to generally use wild caught seafood. But this is not always readily available fresh. If you use wild caught salmon, cook at 400°F for 15 minutes.
There are countless ways to cook salmon. It is such a tasty fish that I like to use simple flavors when cooking it.
I used Meyer lemon juice since that is what I had on hand. It is a milder lemon and very fragrant. You can even add the zest to the salmon after cooking.
I added the zest to my green beans along with 1 minced garlic and 1 tbsp of olive oil.

This was a yummy recipe. What is thr recipe for the potatoes?
