Assemble burgers: toast burger buns if you'd like before spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise. Place two Butter lettuce leaves on the bottom side of the bun, add a patty on top, then a tomato slice and slices of red and white onions. Top it all with the top of the bun.
Serve with yellow mustard and ketchup on the side.

Notes&Tips:
Since turkey is not as flavorful as beef, when making a burger with ground turkey, you have to up the flavor profile. The seasonings in this Turkey Burger has definitely done a great service to provide that flavor.
When cooking your burger, avoid pressing down on the patty, as this cause the loss of precious juices that make your burger juicy. For the perfect grill marks, ensure that your grill is heated for about 15 minutes before cooking.
I used homemade Sourdough Hamburger Buns as the vehicle for my burger patties.
