Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
serrano, jalapeño, wiri-wiri, or hot pepper of your choice
Kosher salt
Black Pepper
Cut avocados in two, remove seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place in a bowl, and mash with a fork or a potato masher.
Fold in chopped cilantro or parsley, hot pepper and lemon juice to the mashed avocado.
Season with kosher salt and black pepper. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
Yields: 1 1/2 to 2 cups

A simple and delicious Guacamole recipe to be enjoyed with your favorite tortilla chips, or served as a sauce on grilled chicken or beef.
This Guacamole does not use any onions or garlic. But free free to add some if you can use it in your diet.
Also, I do not like tomatoes in my Guacamole, so I didn't include any.
