Papaya-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups diced ripe papaya
1/2 cup diced ripe mango
1 cup milk (of your choice or milk alternative)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ice
Add milk, papaya, mango and sugar to blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice and blend until crushed.
Serve.
Yields: 4 servings
Notes&Tips:
Papaya is one of my favorite fruits. It is the fruit that my husband would always give to me when we were first married. And mango was the fruit he would give to me before we got married. So this was a perfect combination for me to put into a smoothie!
I like to chill or slightly freeze the fruit before making this smoothie. But if time does not permit, make it with fresh cut fruit. It will be delicious any way you slice and dice it.
Note that if you are using fully frozen fruit you will not need ice and will need about 1/3 cup of water.
