Notes&Tips:
Sour Cherry-Chocolate Mint Cobbler is a delicious dessert that you will want to make! It is absolutely delicious - and without ice cream! The chocolaty mint taste works splendidly with the sour cherries.
Every time I think I have a sour cherry dessert that I love, I always come up with another that I also love. Sometimes it is difficult to pick which sour cherry dessert recipe I will be making.
If you don't have chocolate mint, use regular mint, although the I would recommend using only 1 tablespoon of chopped mint leaves as the mint flavor is stronger.
You can eat this dessert warm, cold or at room temperature. However, I like it best warm.
