Spicy Rib-Eye Steak

Ingredients:
4 rib-eye steaks, 1-inch thick, 4 to 6 ounces each
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 red pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Wash and trim rib-eye.
In a small bowl, combine seasonings and rub onto steaks.
Heat a skillet on high. Cook steaks 5 minutes per side.
Let steak rest for 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes&Tips:
Rib-eye steak is one of the most frequent steaks I cook and serve. My hubby does not like any other steak as much as he does rib-eye. I also love making rib-eye since it is so easy to cook and always flavorful. Salt and pepper is all you need sometimes.
Some sides that I enjoy with rib-eye steak include baked sweet potato/potato, mashed potato, steamed sugar snap peas/broccoli/cauliflower and always a salad.
