Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp chili
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
In a large bowl combine all seasonings. Place chicken in seasoning mixture and combine thoroughly.
Coat chicken with mustard and honey. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in refrigerator anywhere from 2 hours to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease one or two grill pans (depending on size).
Place wings on pan/s without crowding.
Bake for 15 minutes per side.
Turn broiler on when chicken is done baking; broil 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce.

Notes & Tips:
Some chicken wings are larger than others; be sure to test if your wings are done by inserting a toothpick in the meatiest part of the wings. When juices run clear, it's done.
These oven-baked chicken wings are my favorite. I'll take these over grilled wings any day.
