Rotisserie Chicken Wings

Rotisserie Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 tbsp McCormick's Rotisserie seasoning

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Wash and pat chicken wings dry. Season with salt and pepper. Add Rotisserie seasoning and mix to allow all the wings to be coated in the seasoning. Stir in lemon juice.

  2. Place wings in a Ziploc bag or a container with a cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Heat oven to 375°F. Oil 2 baking sheets; place wings on baking sheet, leaving room between each to allow for even cooking.

  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes depending on how big the wings are. A tooth pick inserted into the thick part of the wing should yield clear juices running out.

  5. Serve warm.

Notes&Tips:

  • This wing recipe is a very mild one because Rotisserie seasoning flavors it. It has that nice mild Rotisserie taste that we have all come to love.

  • Everyone enjoyed these delicious wings.
