Mango-Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 2 1/2 cups peeled and chopped mango and peach

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 cup ice

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Garnish with a piece of fruit if desired, and serve.

Serves: 2 to 3


Notes&Tips:

  • For my Mango-Peach Smoothie, I used 2 peaches and 1 small mango.

  • The amount of sugar can be reduced (or eliminated) depending on how sweet you like your smoothie and how sweet the fruits are that you use.

  • On hot summer days a smoothie is a welcome light breakfast or lunch or just a pick-me-up in the pre-dinner hour.
