Mango-Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
2 1/2 cups peeled and chopped mango and peach
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a piece of fruit if desired, and serve.
Serves: 2 to 3
Notes&Tips:
For my Mango-Peach Smoothie, I used 2 peaches and 1 small mango.
The amount of sugar can be reduced (or eliminated) depending on how sweet you like your smoothie and how sweet the fruits are that you use.
On hot summer days a smoothie is a welcome light breakfast or lunch or just a pick-me-up in the pre-dinner hour.
