Raspberry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup ripe raspberry + more for garnish
1 banana
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp honey
2 1/2 cups ice
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
Serve at once.
Yields: 4 servings

Smoothies are a good option for breakfast or snack. They are refreshing on hot summer days relaxing on your patio or deck or lounging by the pool.
Smoothies are a good way to drink your fruit if you don't like eating them.
The honey can be omitted from this recipe if you are avoiding added sugars.
For a thinner smoothie, use less ice.
